Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors outside our control such as weather or customs delays.

6Return Eligibility
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. 7How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our support team or visit your account's order history and select the item you wish to return. You will receive instructions on how to package and send back your item. Returns must be shipped using a trackable method. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please do not return damaged or incorrect items without first contacting our support team.
