1Seller Eligibility
To become a seller on our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid government-issued ID, provide accurate business or personal information during registration, and agree to our Terms of Services and Seller Policy. We reserve the right to approve or reject seller applications at our discretion. Providing false information during registration may result in permanent account suspension.
2Listing Products
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product listings are accurate, complete, and not misleading. Product descriptions, images, and pricing must reflect the actual item being sold. You must have the legal right to sell any product listed on our platform. Duplicate listings, keyword stuffing, and misleading titles are strictly prohibited and may result in listing removal or account suspension.
3Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being sold on our platform: counterfeit or replica goods, illegal or regulated substances, weapons and dangerous materials, items that infringe on intellectual property rights, adult content, and any items that violate applicable laws or regulations. Sellers found listing prohibited items will have their listings removed immediately and may face permanent account suspension.
4Pricing & Platform Fees
Sellers are free to set their own product prices. Our platform charges a commission fee on each completed sale, the rate of which is outlined in your seller dashboard. Additional fees may apply for premium listings or promotional features. All fees will be clearly communicated before you opt in to any additional services. We reserve the right to update our fee structure with prior notice.
5Order Management
Sellers are responsible for processing and fulfilling orders promptly. Orders must be shipped within the handling time specified in your listing. Failure to fulfil orders on time may result in penalties, negative feedback, or account suspension. Sellers must provide accurate tracking information for all shipped orders and communicate proactively with buyers regarding any delays.
6Returns & Disputes
Sellers must honour our platform's return policy and handle buyer return requests fairly and promptly. In the event of a dispute, our support team will mediate and may make a final decision based on the evidence provided. Sellers who consistently receive negative feedback or dispute outcomes may be subject to additional review or account suspension.
7Seller Payouts
Earnings from completed sales will be transferred to your registered payout account after the applicable holding period, which allows time for buyer disputes and returns. The holding period and payout schedule are outlined in your seller dashboard. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payout account information. We are not liable for failed transfers due to incorrect account details.
8Seller Conduct
Sellers are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication with buyers at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or any abusive behaviour toward buyers or platform staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension. Sellers must not attempt to conduct transactions outside of our platform to avoid fees or circumvent our policies.
9Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any seller account that violates our policies, engages in fraudulent activity, or receives a significant number of complaints from buyers. Sellers whose accounts are suspended may appeal the decision by contacting our support team. Termination is permanent and may result in the forfeiture of any pending payouts in cases of serious policy violations.
